Further to my recap post last Friday, I was looking through the photographs from what was a very special night celebrating the best in general insurance claims and thought I would share this one photograph with all the winners celebrating their win from what was very tough competition this year.

While it is great to win, it is clear that none of the winners are taking the award with certainty and want to strive to improve even more.

I personally feel for those that come so close to winning and where possible I went up and congratulated them on being a finalist and that I hope to see them on the podium next year. Everyone was honoured to have made the finals and determined to go the next step. This is indeed heartening.
