At the 10th annual Mansfield Awards in Australia, the industry celebrated a decade of recognising outstanding claims performance. A central highlight of the event was honouring Barry Simpson (Charles Taylor), who was awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for his decades of leadership and contribution to the claims profession.
